Monotype: The Painterly Print

In this one-day workshop you can discover the beauty of the artist hand-pulled print. Working with both additive and subtractive process, students will apply ink to Plexiglas plates to create abstract or representation images and then transfer them to paper using the Conrad French American printing press. Using photocopy resource images, drawings, or organic source material, students will create a series of prints that will leave you smiling and high-fiving the artist within you. For beginners and advanced printmakers.  Bring a snack and beverage to stay nourished. $150
